I am a portrait photographer from London. I have been taking photos since 2018 and have loved every part of the journey.
I am a digital portrait photographer from London and a recent Modern and Medieval Languages graduate from the University of Cambridge. My work is often described as “dreamy and ethereal” credit to my love of playing with natural light. I bring warmth, softness and emotion to the subjects of my photos, inviting you into my vision of the world and the people around me. My portraits reflect my desire as a photographer, to capture people in a thoughtful, loving and honest way; a practice I try to extend beyond just taking their photo. To me, the portraits I take are not just a physical depiction of that person, but also a reflection of how I see who they are through my interaction(s) with them. I am sensitive to people, to the world, and I am always trying to listen, to see beyond the physical because I believe our beauty is in the details in our words, mannerisms and aspirations. Seeing beyond what is, feels like a dream to me. Not because it isn’t real or tangible, rather that it is intimate and personal, varying from person to person. People are beautiful in their diversity, and I just try to engage with that.
Those I have met along this journey have inspired me to nurture my passion and continue capturing portraits, special moments and creating powerful messages in front of the camera.
